We want you to be fully satisfied with your Sizzix purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging. If your product is defective or you've changed your mind, our simple return process ensures a quick resolution.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
